About the Role:
A UK-based property consultancy is seeking a motivated Property Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage an existing database and expand it by identifying potential property sellers, gathering referrals, and exploring new business opportunities. As part of a small, agile team, you'll play a key role in helping the company generate quality leads. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, determining their readiness to move, and asking for recommendations to expand our network. This role offers the opportunity to go from a part-time position to a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with the existing database to identify potential property leads Proactively source new business opportunities and expand the client database Identify clients ready to move and gather recommendations for new leads Collaborate with a small team to achieve lead generation goals Provide detailed reports on leads and conversions Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation or sales, ideally in property or real estate Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Own office setup (computer, reliable internet, phone) Strong proficiency in using CRMs and managing databases Benefits: Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in South Africa Collaborative small team environment with growth opportunities Performance-based progression to a permanent role
