Property Accountant

Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years experience in a Property Accountant capacityCompleted BCom Degree or a similar Qualification in AccountingKnowledge of MDA Property / MRI Property Central systemProficiency in Afrikaans and EnglishMust be able to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure tasks are completed within agreed time frames and quality standardsMust be able to meet deadlines on a monthly basisExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProperty maintenance and co-ordinationFinance Admin: Debtors | Creditors | Cashbook | General Admin TasksMust have strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining high client service standardsMust have contactable referencesMust provide payslips on requestSalary Structure:Monthly Salary package of up to R 35 000, negotiable based on experience(Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
