Key performance areas: Lead and manage landscaping environmental projects from initiation to completion, en...The successful candidate must have: Matric with a degree in Horticulture Sciences At least 7-10 years relevant experience in landscape project & contracts management Background and experience in irrigation design and construction is essential, qualified under LIA or SABI would be advantageous Proven experience working on large scale and fast paced projects Working knowledge of CAD and GIS would be advantageous Must have the ability to work with multi-disciplined professional teams and specialists Must have comprehensive knowledge of projects & contracts management, sub-contractor management, OHSE, cost control and quote formulation, with a focus on landscape and built environments. Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and Gantt schedules, and lead multi-disciplined teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, senior management, and team members. Must demonstrated problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools, such as Microsoft Planner, Excel and Word Must be willing to travel to projects sites and field locations as needed Must have a valid driver's license Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
