Project/Site Manager

Responsibilities: Lead project planning and installation of glass and aluminium windows and doors. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Manage site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Oversee installation crews and subcontractors. Monitor site safety, compliance, and ensure projects meet building regulations. Manage project budgets, material orders, and site logistics. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues. Requirements: 5 years in project/site management within the windows and doors industry. Strong project management skills with a focus on installations. Familiarity with glass and aluminium materials and construction practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
