Responsibilities:- Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts, and variations are in full compliance with companys policies and procedures- Review contractors invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, costs, forecasts, and requests for extras- Perform site surveys, system designs, prepare specifications, presentations, and documentations- Prepare responses to queries raised by the contractor,- Comprehensive administration of the contract of the project, ensuring the parties properly fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in a fully auditable manner- Responsible for internal reporting of all commercial and contractual issues- Construction contract documentation compilation and procurement processes.- Ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.- Excellent technical writing skills, with good communication and time management skills.- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory procedures and technical standards.- Ability to work independently, but also to function well in a team environment.- Self-motivation.- Good communication and inter-personal skills required to build and maintain client relations.- Ability to integrate and cooperate with other engineering and non-engineering disciplines.- Support the company's core values of creativity, commitment and integrityQualifications and Experience:- Minimum Btech/B Eng/BSc Eng in Civil Engineering- Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in contract and agreement documentation preparation, management and administration in Mega infrastructure projects (Raw Bulkwater projects)- Professional Registration as SAPCMP or PMP- Good knowledge of the FIDIC Conditions of ContractRequirements:Advanced level of MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
