Key Accountabilities/Outcomes Planning and implementation of projects across categories.Define the project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with the Category Manager.Define tasks and required resources, collaborating cross-functionally.Assess any risks and management thereof and recommend solutions to ensure deliverables are met.Manage the project meetings to ensure buy in and alignment.Create project timelines and milestones with regular reports on project status and any challenges to Head of Marketing and Strategy.Support cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.Maintain project documentation and compliance of the STM process.Post-launch evaluations and assessments of the project and processes to make recommendations to Head of Marketing and Strategy.Qualification/Skills/Experience Bachelor's Degree, Project Management qualification or relevant experience as a project manager.Experience and proficiency in project management utilizing at least one of the project management tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and leadership skills to lead multi-functions to deliver on projects.Ability to identify potential risks and prepare mitigation strategies.Good communication skills to regularly communicate to business.Detail-orientated.Rich Products Corporation South Africa, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, family responsibility, ethnic or social origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, HIV status, conscience, belief, political opinion, culture, language, birth or on any other arbitrary ground.
