Professional Nurse

Minimum Qualifications:
Registered with SANC - Diploma in General Nursing or Degree in Nursing Science (General, Psychiatry, Community and Midwifery)
Own vehicle required
Driver's license essential
Responsibilities:

Facilitation of training and mentoring of community health workers
Supervision
Coordination
Community engagement
Campaigns
Community mapping
Referral and linkage to care
Administration, reporting and document keeping
Wellness sites
Career development and progression

Competencies/Skills:

Strong ability to read and write reports
Strong attention to detail
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to problem solve
Strong leadership and organizational skill
Speak a minimum of 2 of the official languages of the Western Cape
