Our client based in Cape Town is currently seeking a Production and Warehouse Manager to join their team.Overview:Supervise and manage production, warehouse and related functions.Responsibilities:Control scrap percentageControl efficiency and productionGenerating relevant reportsDealing with day-to-day related mattersConsolidating HR time sheets / clocking schedules or related requestsGenerate a good housekeeping environmentBuilding moral in the departmentAchieving production targetsManage health and safety at the workplaceManage loading/off–loading of deliveries and related logisticsManage regular stock orderingWarehouse managementControlling of department costCompiling weekly and monthly stock takeAssist the company from time to time with requested projects etc.Requirements:MatricDiploma in Production Management or similar preferred3-5 years' experienceProduction management experienceAdditional Requirements:Good and open communicationProblem solving skillsTime orientatedAttention to detailAccept and carry out instructionsAble to work under pressureAble to work shiftsHealth and SafetyQualityCooperative spirit in working with peers and managementPlease apply directly here.Please note: due to the high volume of responses, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
