Product Processing Formulator
Job Purpose
Operator with defined tasks to run the different Corp Protection & active tolling formulations.
Strive to ensure implementation of DSO culture within the mission critical squad.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare all shopfloor paperwork for the process orders
Ensure to follow the prescribed work instruction (WI) and bill of material (BOM) for each recipe
Operates machines or equipment, which involves setting up and making adjustments to regulate such factors as temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials.
Operate and control the unit manually/via control system
Run up and shut down of production facility, product changeover activities
Equipment cleaning and decontamination, as per the defined cleaning schedule
Routine analytics, taking of samples
Autonomous maintenance - equipment maintenance/repairs in coordination with the technical team
Log job cards on shift connector and inform unit lead
Document and communicate work results (shift handover) on Shift connector
Perform partial confirmations on SAP
Reconcile materials at the end of the process order and process returns to maintain inventory in the PSA
Support troubleshooting of process deviations in cooperation with Shift Supervisor
Support OnePss activities and best practice roll out in the area
Support Production filling operation in the low season.
Housekeeping of workplace
Forklift driving or operator automatic pallet jack
Any other function on site as requested by Experts or Unit Leaders
Qualifications and Competencies
Grade 12 or equivalent
5 Years of experience in a chemical manufacturing
Production Management an Advantage
Good Basic Mathematical skills
White / Yellow Belt
Basic Knowledge of Continues Improvement
Situational Leadership
Good written and verbal communication
SAP experience
Microsoft Office
