Reports to: Head of Business Information Systems
Main Purpose of Job Responsible for managing the product roadmap, setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the Development and Delivery Scrum teams in order to ensure the most valuable features and functionality are focused on as part of product and solution development.
Main Responsibilities Define the vision for the product and solutions
Build positive and productive working relationships with clients for business growth
Liaise with clients and business representatives to understand the needs of business
Analyze client needs, consolidate it into the rest of our client base's needs to determine roadmap items
Build and maintain the prioritized product roadmap and communicating to internal and external stakeholders
Involved in daily stand ups to steer and prioritized backlog items and to clarify features
Anticipating client needs by interacting with the clients on their plans and ensuring clients are aware of our product roadmap
Provide support to the Scrum Master and Scrum team to ensure the features are delivered as expected and that no impediments prevent the scrum team from making progress
Serve as primary contact for client regarding any future enhancements and feature developmentDevelop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
Make critical business decisions to meet client expectations
Provides guidance to projects within the group on delivery of the solutions and addressing business requirement problems as they ariseProviding supervision and guidance to Agile delivery teams
Providing updates to stakeholders on the overall delivery
Do market research to establish future trends for clients to ensure the roadmap and technologies remain current
Steer and review proposals from vendors and suppliers for any project that requires external input
Build and present product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers KPI'S Prioritized roadmap with proven interest from client baseTraining and MentorshipInternal & External CommunicationStakeholder management Qualifications and Experience Degree or Diploma with 8 to 10 years related experience in one or multiple IT areas
Relevant certifications
Proven experience in roadmap establishment and client relationship
Proven experience Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
