Procurement /Stores Manager

1.Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, v
and services from reliable suppliers.
2.Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of all goods and services.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
4. Create, issue, and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Inventory and Stores Management
6. Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
7. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.
8. Implement and maintain an organized and efficient stores environment.
9. Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the store.

QUALIFICAIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
2.pastel accounting software is essential
3.strong experience in job costing and financial management
4.proficient in Microsoft office suite(excel ,word ,outlook)
