Procurement Officer SandtonOur client seeks a Procurement Officer with solid IT Procurement of products (hardware, software, security) services, etc. Must have International IT procurement experience.Salary: Market-Related - depends on experience.Position Type: 5-month Fix Term Contract.Requirements ProfileGrade 12 with BCom Degree in or studying towards procurement-related qualification/s2+ years experience as a Supervisor2+ years' experience with invoice processing / Budget administration5+ years procurement of IT Procurement of products (hardware, software, security) services, etcInternational Procurement experienceIT commodity procurement at the Operational levelSystem Skills: MS Office & MS Visio - MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced - including VLookUps and Pivot Tables)Key DutiesMaintaining entries associated with all purchases made throughout the department across various budgeting spreadsheets.Processing the department invoice entries using electronic payments to ensure suppliers are paid within contractually agreed terms.Liaising with the finance department to resolve any invoice queries.Assisting with requests relating to spending approval and the procurement of goods and services.Acting as the primary point of contact for the sourcing of quotations for goods and services.Placing orders with suppliers as required.Maintaining documentation and processes relating to the firm's mobile devices and other IT infrastructure and assets.Assisting Technology Managers from all global offices with requests relating to spending approval and the procurement of goods and services.Contracts Database - Keeping the Contracts Database updated and assisting with reporting on expiring contracts.Please apply online.FROGG Recruitment
