Operate Gravure Printing Machine efficiently according to pre-defined production and waste targets.Produce products that are approved by the quality department and meet the specified quality norms in the job's specification.Identify problems that arise in the machine, communicate with the shift in charge, and coordinate with the maintenance team to rectify issues with minimal loss of productive time.Maintain machine health by following industrial safety, food safety, and personal hygiene compliance during machine operation.Accountable for maintaining daily input and output reconciliation of consumed raw materials and produced printed material by the end of the shift.Follow rules set by plant HR for plant entry and exit, as well as disciplinary acts.Encourage and maintain a clean and safe environment.Key Performance IndicatorsMonitor actual production vs. set targets daily and monthly, ensuring efficient and rapid make-ready.Monitor actual process waste vs. set targets, ensuring finished products exceed customer expectations.Track internal/external quality complaints found in produced products on a daily and monthly basis.Monitor external quality complaints and rejections after sale within the set target norms.Adhere to personal and industrial safety guidelines.Follow QMS and food safety compliance during machine operation.Engage in learning and training of machine operation with the assigned senior machine operator and under the guidance of the reporting manager within the set timeline, monitored monthly and quarterly.Maintain good relationships with the machine team and the reporting manager.QualificationsDiploma in Printing/Mechanical/ITI, with 2-6 years of relevant industry experience.SkillsKnowledge of printing inks, gravure printing, and mechanical processes.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.Presentable demeanor.Good and clear communication skills.Additional SkillsMachinist, Health and Safety Compliance, Researching Targets, Quality Compliance
