Apply today by just clicking the Apply button below.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONResponsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock related transactions.CORE ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDECounter Sales – Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Warehouse – stock receiving – dispatching – picking off stock – stock takes.Colour Matching.Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.Health and Safety.Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.Stock deliveries to customers.COMPETENCIES REQUIREDBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Product knowledge.Computer Literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDGrade 12.Valid driver's license.Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESExcellent communication skills linked to high customer service standards.Must be able to prioritize orders – plan and organize accordingly.Effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to deal with customers at all levels, to build relationships and be committed to excellent service.Results-oriented approach.Must be proactive with good problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.Ability to think "outside the box" in a fast-developing environment.
