Post Harvest Manager – Subtropical (Nelspruit)

Candidate Profile: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field. - At least five years of experience in a management role, with strong leadership skills in fresh produce post-harvest or supply chain management. - In-depth knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards. - Proficiency in data management and analysis software. - Understanding of international trade terms and multimodal transportation. - Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons and travel to packhouses or suppliers. - Experience in the sub-tropical fruit or fresh produce industry is essential.
