Job Title: Platforms Busines Analyst (Financial Services/Financial Markets) - Cape Town Key Responsibilities:Financial Expertise: Apply knowledge of financial products, pensions, retirement funds, and capital markets to support key projects and decisions.Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, manage timelines, and coordinate with teams to ensure high-quality delivery.Design & Innovation: Contribute to product design and user experience, providing ideas to improve client engagement.Data Management: Use Excel to manage data, create financial models, and deliver actionable insights.Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.Organization: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years in financial markets, preferably in fintech or financial services. Skills:Strong proficiency in Excel.Experience with design or wireframing tools is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).Basic understanding of financial systems and platforms is helpful.
