PLANNER: MEDIUM TERMINDUSTRY: Mining LOCATION: Northern CapePACKAGE: R 900 1.2m paCLOSING DATE: 5 October 24KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:To ensure that through effective mine planning, sufficient ore at the right quality is readily and timely available for extraction in the Medium Term (3 months to 12 months), which includes: Communications Mine Planning Production Reconciliation Update Final Pit Design Review Haul Routes Scheduling and reconciliation of Waste Dumps and Backfill Areas SHERQQUALIFICATIONS:National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Mining EngineeringB Degree / B Tech Degree (NQF level 7) in Mining Engineering / Rock Breaking (Recommended / preferred)Blasting Certificate / Rock breaking MQA equivalent qualification in Surface Mining (Recommended / preferred)EXPERIENCE:Total of 8 years experience in Hard Rock / Base Metal / Iron Ore type surface miningMinimum of 2 years Mine Planning experienceMinimum of 2 years operational broad spectrum of Mine Engineering Only applicants that reach the minimum requirements will be consideredCorrespondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.If you have not received a reply within 3 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessfulPlease note, your profile will be kept on our database for future available opportunities
