Ecolab is seeking a Service Supervisor who will be responsible for leading a team to perform on-site customer service. You will lead your team to provide timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You'll provide brand protection to your around-the-clock customers including commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants.

What You Will Do:
Provide existing staff and new employees with training and development direction by positively joining in on-site service continuously.
Develop service schedule of team to reach highest productivity.
Profoundly understand training plan and positively join in training plan.
Organize and coordinate first service of new account.
Actively participate in extra sales activities.
Assist district manager in warehouse management, keep contact with account by phone to ensure service quality.
Understand and assist district manager in file management.
Profoundly understand service standardized flow of company and track quality assurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma.
1 year work experience in Pest Elimination industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised on own initiative.
Meet and exceeds target for Service Specialist.
Good at communication and responsible.
Possessing a valid Driver's License.
Location:
Locations covered include: Bloemfontein, Welkom and Upington.
