Our client is seeking a People & Culture Manager to join their team in South Africa. This high-impact managerial role will provide senior-level HR business partnership, supporting senior management and leading the dissemination of company values throughout the business. The successful candidate will be business savvy, able to deliver on projects, and steer the implementation and execution of HR strategies, policies, and processes.
What you'll do:Act as a strategic leader, defining the HR strategy for the organisation.Support the CEO in creating an enabling environment within the senior leadership team.Implement change management to achieve both business and people goals.Drive employee engagement across the business by creating active feedback channels.Design and implement talent development strategies that offer professional development and growth opportunities for all employees.Design recruitment, succession planning, and mobility programs to ensure business continuity.Define and continuously improve the employee value proposition and reward policy.What you bring:A minimum of 5 years' experience within a talent management and development function.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.Leadership and project management experience.Knowledge of talent systems & software such as performance management systems.Membership or certification from recognised professional bodies.What sets this company apart:Our client was founded as a self-regulatory body to monitor fair gaming practices, player protection, and responsible conduct by operators in the online gaming industry.
