Payroll Officer

Job Description: Payroll Officer Job Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll for employees using Sage VIP and Sage 300 software.
Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries deductions and bonuses.
Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for auditing purposes.
Address payrollrelated inquiries and issues from employees or management.
Stay updated on all payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance HR or related field.
Proven experience working as a Payroll Officer.
Proficiency in using payroll software specifically Sage VIP and Sage 300.
Strong understanding of payroll principles regulations and best practices.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 20 years of experience in payroll processing.
Experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment is advantageous.
