Are you a meticulous and experienced Payroll & HR Administrator seeking your next opportunity? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Stamford Hill, Durban. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring smooth payroll operations and effective human resource management. VIP Premier experience is a must have.Key Performance AreasAbility to collate and process information for monthly and weekly payroll for:8 Monthly companies comprising of approx 250 - 300 employees3 Weekly companies comprising of 120 - 150 employees which is during certain periods of the yearAccurate Management and Timeous Payment of All Group Payrolls.Month End payroll, processing of new employees, input changes to salaries MOC, Monthly VarianceGenerate Payslips, InfoSlips and ESS monthly reports and import of Year-end IRP5ODBC (Open Data Base Connectivity) and Report Writer for smart reportingLiaise with third Party Pension Fund regarding schedule updates, manage additions, terminations, and queriesUpload monthly Retirement Annuity payments to specific siteAccurate Administration and Management of the Discovery Medical Aid Account (Medical aid Applications, changes and terminations) and the Cellphone Accounts (Contracts and Updates for upgrades) for Managers/StaffAccurate Administration of All Company Insurance Claims pertaining to Assets and Motor Vehicles ensuring Staff Comply with MV Policy iro Vehicle MaintenanceFleet update with sponsor, mileage, checks.Assisting the Financial Accountant with Balance Sheet Recons for Staff funds and with tagging of assetsTax Submission Mid-Year and Year-endSars Easy File SoftwareMonthly submission of EMP201Quarterly Stats SA SubmissionMonthly UIF Submission and UIF formsFinancial Year-end reportingObtain SARS Directives when necessaryAdhoc PaymentsProviding Administrative Support To HRMaintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentialityAssist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.Assist with compiling Employment Equity Reports, Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports and the Annual BBBEE reports required for AuditSubmit the Annual ROEMonthly leave reconsAssisting with HR ad hoc dutiesDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum RequirementsBCom in Human Resource Management or related qualificationMinimum 5 + years' related experienceProficiency in VIP Premier Payroll, Sage ESS and Sage HR Premier Payroll (Non-negotiable), Sage 300 (Advantageous)Computer Literacy - fluent in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookSound Administration and Organisational SkillsCOMPETENCIESHigh level of Professionalism & ConfidentialityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well under pressure, independently and efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsDesired SkillsVIP PremierSage 300 PeopleESSPremier HRDesired Qualification LevelDiploma
