Job Description Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a payroll administrator for a contract role based in Brits at the client.
Payroll Processing.
Administer end-to-end payroll processes for all employees (current HC +- 600 employees) Import hours, shifts, meals etc.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages.
Data Management.
Maintain payroll records, ensuring precision and up-to-date information.
Import and verify hours, earnings, and additional payroll data from different sources.
Weekly and monthly reporting.
Prepare and distribute weekly reports, including company reconciliation, total earnings, company contributions, and hours worked.
Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Full function month end (processing and reconciliation of 3rd party payments) Compliance and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
Proficient in payroll software, preferably People 300.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of labor legislation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
