Payroll Administrator

Job Title: Payroll Administrator     Isisekelo Recruitment, a leading staffing agency is seeking a competent and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their clients growing team based in Durban.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of our clients' payroll functions.
  Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of accurate and timely payroll administration and processing, ensure reporting functions and deadlines are met.  There should be strong integration and correlation within policies and procedures ensuring compliance within the HR and reporting scope of the organisation.   Weekly payroll Monthly payroll Systems Administration Reporting and reconciliations HR Equity reports Education & Experience  Tertiary Qualification in Payroll or Finance or equivalent plus certificate in payroll.  5 years plus work experience in a similar role.  Extensive payroll experience essential with preference having worked on SAGE300.  Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.  Must have worked with MIBCO or equivalent Bargaining Council.    Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
