Partnership / Relationship ManagerKimberleyOur client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership / Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance supplier relationships, optimize collaborative opportunities, and drive cost-effective strategies while ensuring alignment with the company's standards and objectives.Key Responsibilities1.
Partnership ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to strengthen and maintain partnerships with key suppliers and service providers.Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with partners.Lead end-to-end processes for building and nurturing supplier relationships, including selection and contract management.2.
Relationship BuildingFoster strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure mutual benefits.Evaluate partner performance, focusing on quality, reliability, and adherence to standards.Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high levels of trust and accountability.3.
Strategic Collaboration and Cost OptimizationIdentify opportunities for collaborative projects and cost-saving initiatives.Compare partner offerings to ensure the best value for the company.Work with the finance team to develop and adhere to budgets while maximizing cost efficiency.4.
Inventory and Resource AlignmentCoordinate with operational teams to ensure stock and resource levels align with business needs.Monitor inventory performance to avoid overstocking or shortages.Optimize logistics and supply chain strategies for seamless operations.5.
