Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting and decorating, with the ability to handle minor mould washing.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior painting jobs with attention to detail and precision.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Conduct minor mould washing and ensure treated areas are properly maintained.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in domestic properties.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to perform minor mould washing and understand basic treatment methods.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
