Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively manage a team with regards to:
AttendanceMeeting TargetsTime KeepingTalk TimeProductivityComplianceAttrition
We need a Team Leader who can:
Motivation of the teamPromote diversity within the teamAssist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queriesEnsure smooth implementation of new policies and proceduresReport any IT related issue to the campaign managerTeam specific reporting as per campaign requirementsCoaching and performance management of team members
Minimum Requirements
+1 years Sales Team Leader experience requiredMatric – certificate must be presented for validationMust be able to be added to Rep RegisterNo Criminal Record
Desirable:
RE / FAIS desirablePrevious experience working with insurance products an added advantageKnowledge of sales principles and methods
Salary: Market related
