Are you passionate about travel and detail-oriented? We're looking for a full-time OTA Administrator to join our Trade Reservations Office in Greenpoint, Cape Town. Role Overview:
As an OTA Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing and updating property and product listings across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). You'll assist in optimising distribution channels, ensuring accurate listings, and improving booking performance, while supporting the broader reservations team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Updating and maintaining property and travel product listings on OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia.
Researching new OTA platforms, industry trends, and PMS (Property Management System) innovations.
Providing administrative support, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Monitoring pricing, availability, and promotions to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
Troubleshooting and resolving distribution issues promptly.
Collaborating with the reservations team to maintain smooth data flow across systems.
Preparing basic performance and distribution activity reports.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with OTAs or in a reservations role (internship or prior experience welcome).
Basic knowledge of channel management systems or PMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Interest in the travel and tourism industry.
