CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
The purpose of this job is to design and implement Organisational Development (OD) interventions, drive change management initiatives and projects that contribute to institutional effectiveness in support of the HR/OD strategy.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Build and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders across the institution to ensure effective Organisational Development support in response to current strategy and people challenges. Design and facilitate integrated transformational organisational development interventions by applying or integrating best practice OD models, frameworks and methodology. Actively seek to understand existing and new strategic and cultural issues and ensure the implementation of effective Organisational Development programmes and interventions to address the issues. Contribute to enhancing and enabling the change and OD capacity in the institution, with an emphasis on enhancing the institutions capacity to transform sustainably. Support the implementation of key change leadership initiatives aimed at transforming behaviours and contribute to a culture that is conducive to the achievement of institutional goals. Design, source, implement and manage systems and processes for optimum organisational structure, including, Organisational structure design; Job Families, and Job Architecture. Perform all administrative tasks within the scope of this job.

REQUIREMENTS
A relevant Degree or Diploma (NQF 6) Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.5 years of experience in an HR environment, of which 3 years must be in Organisational Development.
