This position is within the Warehouse Business Unit in the Consumer Division.Job SummaryThe Operations Manager will oversee different functions and optimize processes to achieve organizational goals. This role involves directing and coordinating activities concerning project implementation, pricing, sales, and distribution of products. The manager will handle both direct and matrix resources, focusing on the development of plans, process impact, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation of financials, and monitoring the performance of implemented solutions while continuously improving implementation capability.Key responsibilities include reviewing and providing weekly financial reports, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. The manager will identify areas needing cost reduction and program improvement, establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, determine staffing requirements, and oversee human resources processes.
