Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple departments.
The Operations Manager will ensure compliance with policies, deliver a 5-star guest experience, and promptly address issues while enhancing operational processes.
Key responsibilities include leading department heads, conducting performance evaluations, and managing staffing levels.
Financial duties involve budgeting and monitoring expenses, along with maintaining health and safety standards.
The Operations Manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services and prepare performance reports.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a Master's preferred, and 5-7 years of hotel operations experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays, as the role demands hands-on involvement during peak periods.
