Operations Manager

Objective:  Administration of operational human resources and materials to assure the correct performance in the line or lines of businesses, ensuring compliance in security protocols and quality.
Analyze, evaluate and track the indicators of operational performance so they can be reached in an efficient manner Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in administrative or human areas  English level: C1  Intermediate Computer skills and MS Office 1 year as Team Leader or Personnel management  1 year as Operations Supervisor or a similar leadership position  1 yearsas QA Calls Analyst   Communication and negotiation skills  Problem solutions skills   Incentive structures elaboration  Interpretation and analysis of data base and development indicators   Call center telephonic software knowledge  Personnel managment  Leadership management  Interpersonal communication   Project Administration  Availability for open schedule  Main Activities:  Evaluate productivity reports and operational rankings.
Present results to the client and top management.
Monitor strategies and action plans based on results and stipulated goals.
Analize absenteeism tendencies and rotation in the line or lines of businesses who is in charge of.
Direct, organize, motivate, and coordinate work groups.
Report daily operational assistance to administrative team and management.
Authorize the application of disciplinary cycle and absences of the staff, taking considering service levels and occupation.
Report operational losses to the parts involved in the process of firing/quitting personnel.
