Operations & People Culture (HR) Manager In this crucial position, you're the driving force behind achieving our operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards. As Operations Manager, you help ensure that the operations within the office in Cape Town run efficiently. You will manage client projects, work on project backbones, ensure daily tasks run smoothly, handle human resources, recruiting, forecast company costs, optimize working processes, and maintain project quality and financial control.
You will also manage the office assistant, collaborate closely with the MD, and work with the entire team to implement improvements promptly.
As a People and Culture Manager, you will contribute to developing People & Culture policies in Cape Town, ensuring efficient operations. You will actively participate in administrative HR and recruitment tasks, contribute to ongoing projects, and help maintain the team5pm culture.
Meet team5pm We are a data-driven content group, creating effective content for brands on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram through our labels 5pm and Lijm Amsterdam. We combine data and creativity to understand target audiences and create engaging content using tools like topictree.
