The European Policy Centre is a not-for-profit, independent think tank that works on many different policy areas with the ultimate goal of supporting European integration. We are looking for a dedicated person to help us strengthen our work and our impact in Europe.
The role will be to support the COO and the EPC team with the implementation of the EPC's organisational development plan, with a particular focus on community building, people management and culture. Specific tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Support to the EPC's People Management processes such as organise interviews, inductions and contract renewals.Facilitate the EPC's induction process for new team members.Organise community building events.Support the EPC's work on strengthening intersectional diversity across the organisation.Other tasks as required by COO.Skills and competences Well organised.Some experience with databases (preferably SAP and/or MARI).Shared values especially on gender equality, diversity and inclusion.Willingness to learn.Basic Excel skills.Requirements: Organised, punctual with good time management skills.Problem solver with pro-active attitude who is not afraid to ask for help or suggest changes.Fluent English speaker with good French.Good team player who can fit into a multinational team.Higher education diploma.A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience (candidates with less experience will be considered and hired under the Convention d'immersion Professionelle if successful), people returning to work after a break for whatever reason are also encouraged to apply.Computer literate MS Office Package and database (SAP) experience a plus.Start date: As soon as possible.
