Operations Analyst Job Description Job Title: Operations Analyst Reporting to: Head of Credit Key responsibilities: - Process executed loan documentation by: o Keeping borrowers and solicitors updated about the status of a loan o Checking and filing all executed documentation o Obtaining any outstanding documentation and ensuring all parties meet their obligations (e.g.
solicitor undertaking, chasing severance of tenancy and evidence of form of notice to spouse having been issued) - Staying on top of the legal cases: o Obtaining regular updates from solicitors and borrowers o Maintaining clear records of updates in Aryza and Levels files o Updating senior members of the team on the status of cases on a regular basis and reporting any potential issues o Escalating & resolving any potential issues as quickly as possible - Managing loan accounts: o Processing all invoices received, uploading to Aryza, obtaining client authorisation and reporting any issues to their manager o Ensuring invoices received are in line with the expected facility limits approved at loan set up o Issuing statements of account, redemption statements & annual statements o Processing loan facility and term increases o Informing manager and finance team of any expected repayments - Ensuring the Companys compliance policies e.g.
AML/data protection etc are adhered to in line with FCA regulations.
