Operations Administration Manager

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to Head of Operations.
Effectively engage with stakeholders and act on daily instructions.
Manages team effectively, data receipt and engage on business data requirements.
Retrieves and analyzes business data as required.

Competency and Qualification Requirements:

NQF 6 or other relevant qualification in the industry, business or related field.
3 years' experience in commercial related experience (Microfinance sector).
3 years' experience in management.
Advanced Excel, Word, Qliksense, Microsoft suite.
Intermediate analytical ability.
