OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS ANALYST / IMPLEMENTER for leading group in the Agricultural industry. Excellent working environment and renumeration. Position available in Mpumalanga or Limpopo.The successful candidate will be an experienced hands-on, motivated individual and will be in possession of the following:Qualifications And RequirementsGrade 12 (NQF level 4);Relevant Industrial Engineering and/or Systems and/or Cost Accounting Qualification;1 – 3 years' systems experience in the agricultural field especially packhouses, farm management and fuel management;Knowledge of standard software programs (e.g. MS Office, Windows Operating Systems, Email and internet);Ability to travel extensively;Willingness to work after-hours and weekends when required;Willingness to do standby when required;Have a valid and applicable RSA driver's license and vehicle;Excellent customer service skills;Have good telephone ethics and communication skills at all levels;Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams;Attention to detail;Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team;Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;Persistent to implement solutions;Business process orientated.Duties Include, But Are Not Limited, ToTesting and implementation of new and improved systems / system functions;Troubleshooting of systems and system process issues in packhouses and operations;End user training and support of all relevant systems;Training manuals and SOP writing;Daily monitoring of processes by using system controls and PowerBI reports;Advising farm and packhouse management about deviations and anomalies;Identify system inefficiencies and make improvement recommendations to IS teams;Assist PR4 super user with daily process and end user support in packhouses;Ensure the smooth and accurate operation of system in operations and packhouses;Collaborate with the team to implement, maintain and amend the different systems;Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide recommendations for improvement.Kindly ensure that you send the following information/documents on 1 Email to support your application:Updated CV in Word format with face photograph starting and end dates of employment;Copies of ID, Drivers, Certificates etc.;References at each work;Are you working currently?
