Description Dear Future, Operational Support The role requires you to assist with operational policy reviews, procedures and processes for impacted business and / or functional areas to mitigate gaps and / or improve operational efficiencies.Are you someone who can:Provide support to risk function through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsEnable Business Unit service delivery through implementing processes to improve service, and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfactionCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff membersEngage with the Group stakeholders in a professional way and ensure risk function expectations are performed within the set timelinesImplement and coordinate strategic goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progressAssist with governance matters and audits to ensure overall compliance in the businessAssist with overall vendor managementDrive of operational efficiencies and an ultimate delivery of quality reportsImprove operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis and monitor that workflow achieves operational requirementsAssisting with and taking accountability of general administrative dutiesEnsure development of operational practices, policies and procedures of the business to coordinate the day-to-day workflowProvide timeous and accurate management informationMaintain an efficient electronic tracking and monitoring process on all activities and timelines for administrative and process supportYou must be based in George (Western Cape ?)You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:Have a Diploma or Degree.3 years' working experience in similar role.Assist with group requirementsReportingCollecting informationAnnual reviewsVendor managementAttorney reviewsAnnual reviewsKOA information collectionUpdate register & capture SDI when risk acceptances approvedReminders when RBA/ARA to be renewedCritical SpreadsheetsCapture on SNOW & Open PagesOpen PagesKRI capturingLoss capturingAssisting with risk report informationAssist with lossesChat or assist with VAT or Actuary queriesFollow up on reimbursementsAssist with root cause analysisModel riskSAS capturingReminders of health checksAssist with ad hoc requirementsJIRA monthly plan – capturingRecords management (whenever Azola confirms)Assist with audit requirements and upload of informationFind out what is the mitigating (in the mean time) controlsControl tests and verification after implementationAssist with review of departmental policies ex.
