On-Site Uc Engineer (Technology)

Salary: R30 000 to R40 000 p.m (12 months contract)Our client in the technology industry is looking for a dedicated, permanently on-site situated Unified Communications Engineer.Key responsibilities: · Management of client Skype for Business deployment · Polycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and scheduling · UC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally. · Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutions · Management of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipment · Implementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deployments · All reporting required from the client · Responding to calls logged by users · Providing remote/telephonic support · Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in Ubuntu's Health and safety policyMandatory skills requirements: · Skype for Business implementation qualifications and provable track record.
