Job Summary:
RPO Recruitment's client, in the automotive industry, are seeking an experienced Oil Warehouse Supervisor to oversee their warehouse operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive oils, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and distribution processes. The Oil Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive oilsMonitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracySupervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as neededEnsure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuriesMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and orderlinessMonitor and report on warehouse KPIs, such as inventory turnover and fulfillment ratesCollaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operation of warehouse activitiesQualifications:
