A well-established IT company is seeking to employ a competent Office Manager / Customer Account Manager.Requirements:
Would suit an energetic individual who has a passion for IT technology and service excellence.
Industry experience.
Management experience.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service sales and support, team management, with a background in IT products and services.
Certifications required - any certifications in IT, management, and customer service would be beneficial.
Driver's license and own car.
Duties:
The candidate will collaborate between new/existing customers and our technical and sales teams, overseeing existing service delivery, looking for new sales opportunities, presenting products, assisting with quotations, as well as managing the performance of the technical team ensuring that they deliver the highest levels of service at all times to customers.
Office management: Internal admin tasks, assistance with ISO and POPI compliance, chairing internal meetings.
Collaborating with suppliers, assisting with procurement.
Meeting with customers on-site and online, following up with the technical team on outstanding client issues/tickets, following up with clients on general service levels.
Customer relationship building/management, courtesy client calls, managing customer feedback, and overseeing customer tasks with the technical team.
Staff: Overseeing and managing technical team performance, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service to customers.
Staff performance management - goal setting and measuring.
