Pearl Assistance are an innovative, forward-thinking credit hire company providing unrivalled services to customers unfortunate enough to be involved in a motor accident.
Now in our fifteenth year of business, we are experts at what we do, keeping clients mobile and managing their claim from start to finish.
Due to significant organic growth coupled with our ongoing expansion strategy, we are looking to recruit a number of motor claims handlers for different areas of our business.
The Role:
As an FNOL claims handler, you will be the first port of call for our customers. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with customers who have suffered an emergency and are turning to us in their hour of need. You will be responsible for taking all relevant details and documents and liaising with all related parties in order to set up a claim and begin the customer journey. Alongside this, you will be required to assist the fleet team with admin work as needed.
Main responsibilities

FNOL (First Notification of Loss)
Taking details of new claims
Assessing liability and verifying all information provided
Photo copying and scanning documents
Filing
General office duties
Taking and routing phone calls from clients and suppliers

While experience is advantageous, it is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

Respect for privacy and confidentiality
Organised team player
Some experience in an administrative role would benefit (but is not a pre-requisite)
