OD, TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE SPECIALIST, JHB Human Resources / Recruitment Johannesburg - Gauteng OD, TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE SPECIALIST JOHANNESBURG PERMANENT REMUNERATION: R430 884 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM PURPOSE Support the development and implementation of a company-wide Organizational Development, Transformation and Employment Equity and Change Management initiatives and programmes that supports organizational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contributes towards the development and implementation of Organizational Development and Design strategy framework for the business Partner with HR to facilitate the periodic organizational review of the business to ensure that systems, policies, processes and people are aligned to deliver on the strategy of the business, provide specialist knowledge and input in the development and implementation of the transformation strategy and all related projects for the company Identify continuous improvement and sustainability of transformation and diversity practices, support the effectiveness of various Employment Equity Forums and Committees within the entity, compile and facilitate timeous submission of relevant EE reports internally and externally Support the business to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations Provide specialists input in the maintenance of the organizational culture and coaching all departments to align with the organizations mission, vision, and values, implement periodic assessment of the organizational culture and facilitate the development of action plans to close any identified gaps Provide input into the development and implementation of Change Management Framework/Methodology for the entity, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and develop communication plan for change initiatives across the business Serve in all the HR related statutory committees JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential qualifications and experience: Bachelors Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in HR/ Psychology/ Industrial Psychology or relevant Business qualification.
3 years specialist experience in OD/Transformation/ Change Management.
Valid Drivers Licence.
