The Lead's mission is to take dedicated responsibility to monitor & manage the back of house & specific sales area to drive commercial success.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesBack of HouseMonitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow up with any discrepancies.Ensures BOH area is clean and organized to ensure a smooth transition between seasons and complies with safety standards.Performs box counts, validates against bills of lading, ensuring discrepancies, shortages, or damages are reported immediately.Consistently controls and ensures PRE standard within BOH team.Uses Refill scorecard to improve speed of BOH team.Manages implementation and closing of Markdown / Promotion in a timely manner.Assists sales floor with product placement & stock replenishment.Uses correct Reason Codes, controls, and completes mis-mates within P&P guidelines, following correct transfer and RTV procedures.Checks PIV Report, manages negatives, and implements negatives reduction plan.Minimum QualificationsExperience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated.Previous experience in coaching, training & developing team members.Brand knowledge & the ability to represent the brand's attributes.Commercial mindset.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business.Experience in networking & building relationships.Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.Willingness to constantly learn & develop.Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.Fluency in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written).Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
