Job ResponsibilitiesBe cost-aware by reducing non-value-adding work and waste.Deliver on targets, due dates, and standards as per the agreement with management, aspiring to provide world-class service to internal and external clients.Maintain quality and productivity standards consistently and accurately.Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank culture-building initiatives (e.g., Barrett Surveys).Support business strategy (e.g., Social Responsibility, Green Strategy) by participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives.Influence the enhancement of business processes and methodologies by researching and recommending improvement initiatives.Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure achievement of deliverables.Understand and meet stakeholder needs by liaising with senior staff and mentors.Execute assigned tasks within agreed timelines and deliver high-quality work.Maintain professionalism in all aspects of presentation and delivery.Provide necessary support to the team to achieve business objectives.Identify training courses and career progression opportunities for personal growth.Complete all learning activities, gain experience, and obtain certifications within specified time frames.Create and manage own career with guidance and support from management and colleagues.Closing date: Ongoing
