Minimum Qualification Required • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 Minimum Experience • Minimum 5 years short-term insurance experience • Minimum 5 years Claims experience • Minimum 3 years Claims Investigations experience • Solid understanding of claims systems and claims procedures: inclusive of claims, investigations, and legal department processes • Commercial and Personal line Claims experience will be required Deliverables include, but will not be limited to • Managing validations of commercial and personal line claims, all skill sets. • Reaching company goals and targets set for the Commercial and Personal line Investigations department. • Administering assigned claims and set tasks. • Managing client and broker expectation. • Maintaining set timelines on the processing of claims. • Maintaining relationships with Brokers from a Claims perspective. • Knowledgeable on Broker procedures. • Foster a positive work relationship with Underwriters.
