Purpose of Role: Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform, ensuring the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies to enhance partner visibility and performance.
This role reports to the Restaurant Marketplace Manager at Mr D. Your responsibilities will include: Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform, ensuring the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies to enhance partner visibility and performance.Manage and expand the data capturing team, ensuring high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Drive collaboration between product, restaurant, and technical teams to develop innovative tools and processes that support data management and partner onboarding.Partner with the Sales and Key Account Management teams to ensure a seamless and superior onboarding experience for new partners.Establish and maintain industry-leading practices for restaurant listings, using data-driven strategies to predict and implement effective listing strategies.Spearhead initiatives to identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities within partner catalogues using data insights.Ensure continuous liaison with partners and Account Managers to maintain competitive, complete, and accurate listings.Analyse and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and data management strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level restaurant partner listing queries and concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.Incorporate AI to optimise all facets of partner data management and onboarding, streamlining processes, enhancing decision-making, and improving partner relationships and performance metrics.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation with new AI technologies and methodologies.
