Job Purpose: Provides Consultation to Customers on successful implementation of technology through Change Management Services, achieving Operational Excellence through Lean Thinking; manages special projects, supports product development process through requirements definition, and supports sales/marketing initiatives. Provides internal and external engineering and management services as well as consultancy to develop and improve mining solutions based on business needs with a holistic approach formed through a deep understanding of mine processes. Manage the implementation and deployment of consulting services. Qualifications: Degree in Mining Engineering MBA or mine engineering master program preferred Black Belt Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred Experience: 13 - 20 years of experience Supervision Job resposibilities: Develop and maintain delivery of mine processes Provides consulting services related to the Intellimine® product suite Provides system assessment, engineering analysis, performance analysis, and benchmarking services Provides change management services for new system deployments Provides training to new Consultants Studies and applies Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations Utilizes other corporate Customer Value resources, when necessary, to meet client requirements Provide support to strategic global Performance Assurance processes Solicits client feedback to improve service Analytics: Gathers and analyses information skilfully Develops alternative solutions Works well in group problem solving situations Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Performs analysis to develop pragmatic/practical solutions that address clients business needs Develop partnerships with clients to solve problems Technical Support & Services: Develops and implements cost saving measure Contributes to profits and revenue Studies and applies Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations Participate actively on the integration process.
