Millwright

Minimum requirements: Qualified Millwright with a completed Red Seal Trade Certificate. 3 Years post trade experience. Beneficial: Previous experience in the metal manufacturing industry. Duties and responsibilities: Review and follow highly technical and complex machinery manuals. Disassemble machine parts when repairing them and reassemble the parts. Collect and store distinct machinery parts. Build the foundation for machines. Review and interpret engineering specifications. Sharpening and maintaining machine tools Ensure that product quality is up to standard after conducting maintenance or repairs on any production machine. Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts. Grind and file machinery parts. Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
