Millwright

Requirements: Millwright Trade combined with 5 years' experience in Bakery, packaging plant or Mill environment essential. Mechanical Maintenance mechanical breakdown repairs; assess & replace components; preventative maintenance; cooling keep performance log; assist with daily start up and shut down of essential production machinery; size changes on production lines; implement/oversee preventative maintenance programme; emergency breakdown repairs; control maintenance store and company tools. Electrical maintenance VSD/ PLC experience. Test/modify operational electrical machinery/equipment/circuitry; assemble/test devices; diagnose malfunctions & failures; develop wiring diagrams; general plant & system maintenance. Investigate, diagnose, and perform trade related maintenance and repairs of equipment and machinery according to manufacturers specifications. Develop, modify, construct, and install related equipment required for the safe operation of all machinery. Fault finding and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment, including pneumatic systems. Communicate and inform manager of maintenance activities performed and restarts of equipment. Enforce housekeeping standards on all maintenance performed within facilities, including the maintenance workshop. Responsible for fostering a high standard of housekeeping.
