Mid-Weight Strategist

Who are we:  An independent fast-growing Creative Studio based in Cape Town.Who are we looking for : Brand and Communication Strategist  with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our vibrant team full-time. This person will play a crucial role in developing and driving campaign strategy for our key client, including positioning and enhancing the visibility and appeal of the brand and a range of internet-based products and services.What will you do:Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive brand strategies in line with business goals.In the context of communication, drive the positioning and promotion of new and existing internet-based products and services.Create strategic blueprints that outline clear pathways for the development of product campaigns. As required work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive brand execution.Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure alignment of brand messaging and creative direction.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic advantage.What will you need:Minimum 5 years of experience in brand strategy and communication within the telecommunication or tech industryProven track record of developing successful brand strategies and launching products/services in competitive marketsSolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights to drive strategic decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience in managing cross-functional teams and projectsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
